Located about one half mile from the WSU Beasley Coliseum on the north side of campus, The Valley View Apartments are at the epicenter of it all. Dissmore's, PNW Halal Meats, Coug Corner Mart, Little Caesars, Taco Bell, Red Bento, Mcdonalds, Jack in the Box, Starbucks, Nuevo Vallarta, Golden Teriyaki, Pizza Hut, Emerald Chinese, Kush 21 (Marijuana dispensary), Azia, The Land, and the Grand Avenue Greenway (bike/running path) are all within 0.7 or less miles away. SEL is only 0.8 miles away. The Valley View has 8 one-bedroom and 55 two-bedroom apartments in three buildings. This complex is preferred by students who are on foot and want to be within walking distance of WSU, but still want to be off campus. Express bus stop is right out front and is free to all students and WSU employees. This is not a partying address. Valley View residents are typically serious about who they are and where they are headed in life. Over the years many, now very successful people from many parts of the world, made this complex their Pullman home.
