THE VALLEY VIEW APARTMENTS: 1425 Valley Road NE, apt. 19; Pullman, Wa 99163 The balcony on the third floor leading to the apartment.  The apartment faces north and is third from the east side of the building.  View of the entry way and the kitchen/dining area.  The living room is huge; its large picture window offers good views. Just like in the living room, the kitchen has a large window; it has plenty of cabinets, a good size pantry and solid appliances.  This is the pantry in the kitchen.
