HOW TO APPLY

IN PERSON: Drop in, fill out the APPLICATION and pay $20 for the application fee by check or money order. Cash is not accepted.

BY MAIL: Print the APPLICATION, fill it out, and mail it to us along with a $20 check or money order for each applicant, and a copy of a photo ID such as a driver's license or a passport. You may also fax your application to 509 332 6886.
