IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR AN APARTMENT DO THIS:

Go to www.paylease.com.
Select the “Sign Up” feature near the top of the page.
Choose the “Applicant” option.
After entering your personal information, enter the management company address. For Pullman enter 1325 NE Valley Rd and select the one labeled “Office”. For Moscow enter 1122 E 3rd St and select the one labeled “Office”.
On the next page select “Make A Payment”.
Enter your payment under the application fee category and click continue.
Select your payment method and enter the required information. The fees charged by the site are as follows:

ACH (from a bank account) $1.80, or
Discover/Mastercard $1.60, or
American Express $1.80, or
Visa $22.95
Review and confirm your payment, and print your receipt.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY RENTING FROM US AND WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON LINE DO THIS:

Go to www.paylease.com.
Select the “Sign Up” feature near the top of the page.
Choose the “Resident” option.
After entering your personal information, enter your apartment address in the “Find Your Property” section.
On the next page select “Make A Payment”.
Enter your payment under the appropriate category (security deposit, lease payment, etc...) and click continue.
Select your payment method and enter the required information. The fees charged by the site are as follows:

ACH (from a bank account) $1.80, or
Discover/Mastercard $1.60, or
American Express $1.80, or
Visa $22.95
Review and confirm your payment, and print your receipt.
