The interior of this house has been lavishly renovated. New laminate flooring, carpet, repairs and painting throughout. Rental houses are not normally treated to this high a standard. But the boss was simply not paying attention until it was too late.
The generous use of the laminate flooring
makes this house a healthy environment -- zillions of harmful airborne carpet micro critters won't park on these floors and neither will they enter your breathing apparatus. And let's face it: you won't have to worry about so much carpet cleaning!
