Up to 20% can be discounted for qualifying WSU and UI students.

For students with a cumulative 4.0 GPA the discount is 20%.

For students with a 3.5 – 3.9 GPA the discount is 10%.

The university transcript must be official and genuine. The discount is for the entire length of the lease and is given to the student who qualifies, not to the entire apartment. Qualification must be sustained and verified every semester. This discount applies only to TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS. This is for 12 month leases for the coming academic year or for immediate occupancy 12 month, two bedroom apartment leases.

Scholarship Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.
