While we strive to keep the office open during regular hours, we also strive to limit in-person interactions between tenants/prospective tenants and staff. If you feel an in-person contact is absolutely necessary, please wear a face mask. Our current office hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
To submit a maintenance request, please send us an email or call during office hours. Please describe the problem you wish to address, and whether you grant permission to enter as soon as possible (recommended), or if you prefer to schedule the repair. Be aware that granting permission to enter gets your request done a lot sooner. Our staff will be sure to respond as promptly as circumstances allow. If our maintenance technician comes to your unit while you're there, we suggest that you observe physical distancing by remaining in a separate room.
Rent payments can be made without interaction with our staff by mailing or placing a check or money order in the office front door drop box. Rent can also be paid online (https://www.apartmentrentalsinc.com/paylease.html). Please keep in mind that Apartment Rentals Inc. does not accept cash, nor do we process card payments in the office.
At this time, we only show vacant units. You can schedule a showing by phone or email. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to show the exact unit you are applying for if it is not vacant. In order to comply with physical distancing requirements, only two people may be in the unit at the same time during the showing. Please let us know if someone will be accompanying you.
If you are preparing to move in to one of our units, we encourage you to request a contactless move-in. We will unlock the unit prior to your arrival and provide a move-in packet to be left inside. Please be advised that for any move-in, all applicable fees must be paid prior to gaining access to the apartment.
