Apartment Rentals is the dba name for Washington Apartment Rentals, LLC and Idaho Apartment Rentals, LLC. Both LLC's are presently owned by a single owner. We do not manage apartments we do not own. We have our own management team which has changed a few times in our 30 years of doing business in the Pullman/Moscow area. We have a Pullman office and a Moscow office (see addresses listed on the left at the bottom of the menu). We are open to serious offers to purchase, exchange or sell apartment buildings. The Moscow-Pullman university cities are an exceptional location. We are experiencing unprecedented growth. Four-lane highways are under construction between Pullman and Moscow as well as between Moscow and Lewiston. Mega retail centers have located and still others are planning to locate in our area in the near future. The wildly ambitious and unprecedented apartment building spree now seems to have come to an end. A new cycle of economic stabilization in the apartment business is now beginning. Our two universities have been constantly expanding and improving facilities, staff and reputation. Several research parks and clean industries have made this area their home. We feel fortunate to be part of this great area.
